1. Core stabalizing exercises (less than you think -but daily)

2. Calorie control or restriction (depends on where you are)

3. Try to implement green tea in your diet

If you want to lose the belly fat. Sit-ups are good too, but there are better exercises to strengthen your core, such as planks or hollow rises.
