14 ways to easily adjust your calorie intake

1. Take care of your sleep
When we take care of our sleep, we balance out our endocrine system and you will gain more control over what you eat during the day.
2. Drink water before every meal or snack
Sometimes we confuse our hunger feeling with feeling the need of drinking. Drink a glass or two glasses of water before every meal and you will catch two flies in one hit!
Because of the water consumption just before the meal intake, you will be more likely to eat a smaller amount of food. Secondary, often we tend to drink not enough during the day, which relates into dehydration. by the way being hydrated is also good for your brain function, don’t forget it!
3. Weigh your food or eat lighter food
Weighing your food gives you an better idea of what amount you are actually consuming, it can be a wakeup call!
Now, you don’t need to put everything on the scale per se. Check by hand will make it more easy and will make sure you’ll maintain the habit. (think in terms of popcorn or light crackers,…)
