What do we understand about self-therapy?
Therapy could be seen as a meditative time of non-accomplishment. From what i personally experience is that a sense of pressure creates or induces daily stress. Whether that pressure has been created by yourself or by external forces, when that pressure becomes too high for a longer time, we are entering a space of chronic stress.
When focusing on the wrong kind of elements repetitively, we tend to be drawdown in a negative spiral, drawn down is a nice sketch to blame something else for getting trapped into a negative spiral, while actually you are doing this to yourself. On the opposite side When you start to focus on the positive elements which life has to offer, we experience an extraordinary level of growth as well, You could then state you’ve got “drawn” into a positive spiral, but…
