Poor sleep is a major issue requiring you to solve a secret problem.

I don’t know what you think about bad sleep, but that’s a lot, especially if you know the negative effects of low sleep performance.

Barely completing four sleep cycles means you’re sleeping less than 7 hours. When people sleep less than 7 hours, many health problems start.

One in three people doesn’t sleep well.

I’ll save you the big list, although to underline the importance of bad sleep, I want to point out that roughly 30% of medical issues are linked to poor sleep.

These are a few well-known health issues that can derive from poor sleep.

Sleep is hidden and often difficult to measure, influencing your health significantly. Also, the unawareness of many people makes it a sneaky villain.
