Alcoholic abuse

Warning signals: When does someone really classifies as drinking too much? There is no real number that lines out when we have too much of drinks, alcohol abuse can differ from men and women. From a social point of view there is somewhere a “too much sign” when you drink more than 7 alcoholic drinks per week as a women and somewhere around 14 consumptions a week as for men.

Binge-drinking is slightly different and another fancy word which covers that you have a serious drinking problem, this when you are more like a “acute fast consumer” means your are drinking more beverages in a short period of time.

Heavy drinking is then another profile, which divides again genders. A male is a heavy drinker if he consumes at least once a week more than 6 beverages a day. Women are in the drawer just below that, when they consume at least one day a week more than 4 alcoholic drinks or if they drink more than 1 on a daily basis.

Not knowing the exact name, There is another profile in the extreme drawer. This classifies in the top drawer. Here the abuser Binge-drinks multiple times a day and arranges his behavior and everything in his power in a way the abuse can continue as long as possible. This involves:
