It happens to all of us,

We think we are stronger than we are at given moments. Sometimes we think we are resilient as f*ck. But being able to hold an extremely strong grasp on your life consistently can suck your energy, until there is a time where we lose it..

“Every great leader of the past, was beset by difficulties and met with temporary defeat before arriving”

-Napoleon Hill-

Chronic lack of energy can have harmful effects on you. It could cause you to get stuck at a certain point, a point where nobody wants to stay for a long period of time.

I hope you’ll never have to lose grip on your life. But in case it does happen, remember, there are always solutions. Whether you can make your way out of a given situation or not depends a lot on how we handle things. One of those easy-to-apply ways of self-solving i would like to share with you.

This might sound foolish for those who already know this, this process isn’t something new. I recently found out about this one and thought it might be worth sharing with those people who, like me, weren’t familiar with it.

“The Hoffman process”

The old but very simple process was founded by Bob Hoffman back in 1967. The emphasis here lays on the fact that one can disconnect from our hyper-influenced world and create a better environment to recover mentally and find back our desired homeostasis.

This particular process is a seven day residential and personal growth retreat which helps people to expose negative behaviors, moods, and ways of thinking that developed unconsciously and were conditioned in childhood.

It was designed for people who feel stuck in one or more important areas of their life. Healing retreat for transformation, personal development and learning to know yourself better are the main benefits to reap.

The Hoffman process teaches you how to release and resolve persistent negative behavioural patterns of feeling unloved and unlovable.
