By the way, about the muscle boundness.
I have never been really BIG. I'm always surprised to see young guys on the internet looking like they've trained decades longer than I have. It' something you have to set yourself apart from mentally to not be falling into this trap. The only times in the past when I was weighing about 200-ish pounds was mostly by consuming too much calories.
My younger brother however started CrossFit and streetlifting 8 years back, and gained a significant amount of muscle naturally, but he's bigger too.. Apart from that, he really needs to spend a ton of work to maintain that (only by eating). And as you will know, 8 years is a short period.
But I understand what you say, when you get a bit bigger, it's not a pleasant feeling I dare to say, it shouldn't obstruct your mobility but in many huge guy's it does.
Today I enjoy implementing more mobility, row and ski-erg work into my trainings to keep my VO2 max up too.
Thanks for your input on this, but I don't think creatine contributes that much in gaining so much muscle weight.. That's why I've mentioned this in the post: "Beneits from supplements are mostly not as much what we expect to get from them," only I suspect when you start to take other substances like TRT and/or steroids or so... But I have no experience with these.
