Review your daily activities and daily plans to see if any of those are having an impact on your sleep-routine. Where to start?

  • Your Bedtime: How late did you go to bed? Your bedtime is something you have full control over and you should prioritize this. Your bedtime determines your waking time so, pay attention to it. When chosen carefully you’ll never need an alarm to wake up.
