Fabulous article!

I've really enjoyed your read, and I'll reffer to this article in the future.

Everything stated here is in line with my findings over the last decades in terms of optimizing health in a natural way.

Autophagy is an interesting pathway (Although extremely overhyped by the masses), something exposed by Yoshinori Ohsumi in 2016. Nevertheless, all of this is just part of the dynamic physiological process which allows out baodies to regain homeostasis. I wasn't aware of the concept Mitophagy, like I understand it's somewhat similar to what the glypatic system within our brain does. Which is also cleaning of toxins during sleep. Again very interesting in terms of natural health improvement.

On a younger age I recovered from AML twice between the age of 13- 15. During that period I wondered a lot and since than I was always fascinated by methods of how to induce better health and longevity in a natural way.

All of the elements in your article are what've found to be interesting aspects.

Not the baby fasts, but the fasting periods of Two to three days at minimum seem to be a great route in terms of longevity, especially when becomming older (As from the age your natural hormone production start to deminish.)
