The first step into self development is self-analysing, and work from there. Taking courses to learn new skills and interesting things and undertake action out of your comfort-zone. When was the last time you did something out of your comfort zone? Mine was a little while ago.

Some aspects of personal development are on a spiritual level, physical level and mental level. Self-improvement helps enhance strengths, improve mental health, and even heal relationships.
Simple tasks such as reading a book, trying something new, mediating, or even waking up early. Can also be seen as forms of self-improvement
