There's clearly a difference between content creation and being a writer. As you said, they both serve their purposes, and tastes differ.

Honestly, hamburger-form doesn't work for me. A tiny bite makes you feel hungry very soon again and makes you wonder what you've just tasted.

Medium to longer forms provide time for a reader to try and understand the deeper meaning of a concept. Writers therefore create space for details and enable you to taste a wider pallet.
