Honestly Jay,

What I share here is 95% of what I do. Being human like everyone else, it happens to me that I release the throttle here and there.

I am not an elite competetive performer, so I allow myself an exception here and there (which isn't always the best choice, admittingly)

One of my flaws, for instance, last year I allowed myself to drink something on certain occasions (8 times). This year my aim is to minimize or even entirely exclude this.

Given your age, that's remarkable.

I'm only 37 and still have a long way to go. However, all what's mentioned in my writings about exercise (lifting weights) and regime is something I have done for the larger part of my life. I'm 100% advocate of to orientate your life around this.

For me, the training is an easy part. In terms of nutrition, I always try to eat whole products and make sure I have my macro and micros in place. Nevertheless, I always tend to consume a slightly higher caloric intake than I should. (I' am aware of this, but it doesn't bother me that much, it allows me living life in less stressed manner - which makes all of it sustainable for the longer term). I have been always stayed "natural" in that sense, I never used something more that creatine monodrate and protein shakes.. One reason for that is because for me lifting and other forms of exercise pleases me on a mental level.

Thanks for the great responses and I hope you can thrive forever man!
