Why would you sleep?

To recover from your day, right?

When you sleep, your body repairs itself. That isn’t something new!

Your glymphatic system cleans out toxins that have developed within your brain during the day. It’s a waste cleaning mechanism that cleans up the central nervous system. This happens mainly during your sleep cycles.
