These days everything is better than before, we are living in the perfect world!

A world of theory, a world of perfection, a world of technology…

There is a quick fix for everything now. Yes, even to improve your sleep. Analyzing, calculating, and measuring… There are a ridiculous amount of devices out there that can do it for you.

“It requires you not to think.”

The question is: Do you want that?

I don’t know about you, but I like to think. It keeps you sharp; it enables your brain to render things quickly. I’ll add another one into the mix; the fact that you think more often makes you tired as well. Think about it. Your brain consumes a lot of fuel.

That’s why you lose me on sleep trackers. Sleep trackers can’t comprehend the difference from person to person to start with. For me, they seem to be trash.

Like myself, Theo Compernolle was also already not a big fan of being hyper-connected to devices. He clearly describes the devastating use of it in his book: “Brain chains.”
