Story

I was born an introvert.

Since I am writing this post without the feeling of doing any research whatsoever, It’s hard to tell if all introverts sleep badly. But personally, I think it’s a trademark that occurs more in their personality type most often. If you know better please, feel free to add remarks or proof in the commence section, I would love to hear more about your experience…

As a baby I practically never slept, at least, my parents referred to it a lot. Now I can understand them, having four kids ourselves. Two of them are or were bad sleepers, two of them aren’t.

Wait, before you throw the towel in the ring already, there is something to say. It’s possible to overcome and change. Especially in kids, a lot of epigenetic layers are still being added and they have great influence.

For instance,

Our oldest son Quinn had a really big sleep problem for the first three years of his life. Quinn is like me. Introvert, at least it’s engraved in his nature.

Now he is six, but his sleep is a lot better, he absorbs a ton of data from his environment and has a hard time sleeping in. Once he…
