How I see it, this is the case for most supplementation.
All of our lifestyles and therefore nutritional demands differ so much from one another that it's extremely hard to determine whether to take or not to take something.
Supplementation seems to have an overall positive cloud hanging, but often I've noticed we perform pretty well without most supplements. Meaning, laying the focus on lifestyle changes and quality (whole) foods, simple things as movement as per transportation enhancer and sleep triggerer.
Arguably bloodwork could clear things up and offer deeper insights. Of course certain people will benefit from specific supplements, but this will be the minority.
That said,
I've enjoyed absorbing the stuff you shared here.
Thanks!
