Writing consumes time.
You can have all the money in the world, but quality time is the most valuable thing you would kill for.

Your brain responds to distractions subconsciously; it sucks the energy out of you. The more frequently you get distracted, the more energy this costs you; it’s just as simple as that.
I am not a perfect example of this; many people will be better at productive writing than I am. My production in writing will not impress you. Still, I can present you the underlying principle quite well, and they could empower you more when you get that.
