Some tips for dieting which helped me understand calories

Volume is the most critical factor when it comes to diet! But how can we control the Calorie volume within the same plate volume?

This can be done by altering the macros on that same plate, volume by sight isn’t actually the macro-volume you are consuming. Reducing the calories on your plate can be done easiest by reducing the fat on that plate.

You still remember? i think it was somewhere in the 90s, when many people said fat is bad and watch your cholesterol.. Well they weren’t wrong.

Actually the catch behind this was mainly the BMI factor. Fat was bad indeed but not for the cholesterol reasons “per se.” We need cholesterol and they will indicate high when consuming a lot of fat. But mainly fat was not good because it also was the biggest influencer of the high calorie intake.

BMI is an internationally recognised scale which shows if an individual has a healthy weight for their height by comparing the two measures.

“Fat is nine kcal.” Which means One gram of fat delivers nine kcal of energy, we are combustion engines!

I am not saying eat no fats, but reduce fats in your daily food consumption will be the easiest way to reduce calories.
