I had AML 23 years ago, recovered from it twice, first time chemo didn't work, second time i got stemcell transplantation.

Always you’re on the look-out to know and understand possible ways what could be best to fight a desease like that. What states here is very much in line with what i've learned to understand the last twenty years..

We have to come to the conclusions that stemcell transplantation, depending on the actual type of cancer is still somewhat the best thing to do for the moment. I had a word just recently with an old professor, she and her team also have some studies published on pubmed not about this topic but still. (They are top int the world with 30 years plus experience to treat cancer in kids.)

When i had a word with her she also told me that the effect of good diet, and fundamental things like sunlight exposure and sleep are great for support and should always be mandatory. Although we would like to believe that we can cure it on an easy way, it seems like there still isn't for the moment. What still bothers me personally without the insuline, bloodglucose and glutamine thing is that long term fast causes the all famous "autopaghy" and that this actually does regenerate stemcells after a longer fast period, which is what we want to fight a desease like cancer.

Tackling the building blocks of our physiology, which stemcells are, has been proven for a long time taken myself as example to be effective. In many cases when we are a bit sick from some other deseases our body makes of not want to eat or not having us feeling to be hungry for a reason. While our degestive system is active (while we eat or hours after because of how our circadian code operates) our body isn't using the full amount of energy available in the body to recover.

Pointing out the fact that cancer cells use glutamine as well this is something i wasn't fully aware of but does seem very logically and made it worth reading your post,

Stop eating and just drink water and take in electrolytes should keep vital functions up and running for a very long time IMO. After that very long time those cancer cells should be eliminated before our vital functions stop working. But yeah, this is a dangerous trick to try out if it doesn't work. Note that this is by no means advice that one should go and try out now.

Thanks for the insight you've provided man!
