Indeed. This Nutri-score only promotes the way toward a low BMI by low calories.

As per example, you use whole Milk here, which of course is high in fats.

It doesn't mean all bad of course since many people have a much too high BMI anyways, and BMI is still a very important health factor.

But it has nothing to do with the food products being "healthier," or better than other products. For instance, processed foods which have a resonably low amout of calories with loss of micro's could therefore be presented as "better" than quality whole products.

Most of my diet exist of whole products and it's the portion control, sleep quality and N.E.A.T. which help you to achieve a healthy BMI range, not the score on the label.

Aside from all, it's not that all processed foods are that bad in short term, it's they often contain more waste calories. On an energetic level they don't deliver the same as whole products.

Most if this isn't captured within the "nutrient-score-ideology."
