I'm a father of four and I have a 50-50 thing going on. I work abroad for half of the year.

Not so long ago I was working more like 70-30, we needed the money and I thought this was the way to achieve it. But since the kids came I want to spend even more time at home exactly for the reason you mentioned in a quote here, to spend as much of time possible while they are growing.

In a way I hope my online writings, and perhaps a newsletter could assist in doing so.
