In the end, the majority of society is hugely addicted to their phones, laptops, or other tech devices. For sure it sculpts you into a different "Internet" character.

I think you want a combination.

This is one of the reasons why I like to follow Eve Arnold here on Medium. She sets herself apart as being a "part-time creator." It’s honest and more realistic.

In the blend, I think it’s the best way to go and to stay healthy while keeping both feet on solid ground.

I like to write online, especially here on Medium, I am grateful for everyone who reads what I share. But in the end, my real life and real job have priority. Real living feeds my writing too much. Perhaps this is what makes digital nomads of these days more addicted because they need to extract their material from within the connectivity.
