Many claim that waking up very early is an internet scam. I wake up around 04h00, do some 1h workout and by 05h30 I'm journaling... Often women perform better with an additional sleep cycle (90 min).

Mornings work best for writing. Your mind is still sharp and it's the least distractive period of the day.

When you become a parent you'll soon understand how important that early morning is.

Sometimes late noon writing works too for me. But there's clearly a difference if you didn't nap or meditate prior.
