Push-ups are an interesting exercise to perform when you travel, for instance. Combine them with air squats (or perhaps single-leg squats) and/or inclined pushups (with feet elevated), and you'll have a blast of a full-body workout.

But don't forget to warm up and perform some appropriated mobility movements first. Again for this you need nearly nothing, just switch on YouTube and search for mobility clips, and you'll find plenty.

Make it a habit to do some mobility work (even if it's only 10 minutes). This can prevent certain frequently occurring injuries such as rotator cuff problems.
