Sometimes, I think I sound boring to people when I talk about this concept.
But this sleep thing got my attention the last couple of years.
Roughly 30% of our lives we are sleeping depending on gender. or at least we should. There is practically nothing that competes with this throughout our lifespan. I've been neglecting it the majority of my life.
Now I started to understand how magnificent sleep actually is, how it works, and just would like to share it as much as possible to wake more people up on this.
I found it to become something that improved me as a person in the last couple of years in many different fields. I hope it can do that for more people.
