Stepping away from a routine sometimes can create a relief. A strict schedule followed for a long time can create a certain level of stress as well because you are adapted to that zone of comfort. Stepping out of a routine once in a while isn't a bad thing and it can be a good thing as long as this doesn't become a habit. Thanks for bringing this up.
