Steven, I appreciate your response, thanks.
The fat and health hypothesis has been debunked for over 75-years <-- You are right. But i was mainly referring to this from my social awareness dating back from a later part in history. (Although i like science and history to, not every aspect of what we write on medium needs to be fully underlined in my opinion then, once in a while i like my writing to float freely)
Writing freely makes you more vulnerable in a way, like this response points out, I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
Overeating carbohydrates is very possible, i never claimed it wasn't. So you are correct on this. Especially if someone's activity level is too low according to their daily calorie intake.About the insulin response, high serum will indeed prevent fat from being used as an energy source. Because the body wants to use the carbs as primary source, once they are consumed, only then your body will increase the fat rate burning again. 'it's straightforward how our body works toward homeostasis.
Example 1: While lifting heavy weights and training your central nervous system, you'll consume all stored carbs from muscle and liver fast during your workout. But you'll burn more fat during the rest of your day if you don't overconsume your calories! If that makes sense.
Our fuel source can be easily traced by our breathwork. If you stay below your anaerobe threshold your body will utilize more fat, when you go past your anaerobe threshold your body will consume more stored carbohydrates. This has largely to do with the way the Krebb cycle in the mitochondria in the cell work. with or without oxygen of course.
Example 2: We all know that the diet of a cyclist contains a high amount of carbohydrates, although they really are not fat, most of them are even dangerously low fat! Something which i referred to as well in those posts, that insanely low fat levels are dangerous and not advisable.
Cyclists burn a huge amount of body fat during their ride, because it is difficult for them to keep up with the carbohydrate consumption.
This is also the reason why they need fast sugars during the ride, because otherwise it wouldn't be sustainable.
Chronically increased insulin levels aren't healthy that's true, but what does this tell you? Mainly that you are consuming food too much or too long over a twenty-four hour cycle.
Therefore in terms of health, Dr. Satchin Panda in his book "The Circadian Code" refers to the fact that it is wise to leave at least 12-14 hours in between your last and first meal.
Steven, you are correct on most of what you said and I agree, but I don't really find that in my post I declared anything different. My posts are not yet good and clear enough since i've only started writing recently, and added to the fact that i am still trying to upgrade my English writing could have caused some confusion or misunderstanding. my apologies if that is the case, I'll try to improve next time!
Thanks for your engagement on this and i might even read your book when i have time. I try to use medium to improve my writing using some experience and knowledge, but i try to blend in natural writing a lot, and not always but once in a while without a study backing things up.
