I don't like to talk about this much, but often it's inevetable for me to line out interesting stuff.
How our mindset affects this all is a very interesting route to investigate I find. We know there is much more possible, but it's very difficult to tell exactly how it influences and what the long term possibilities are. What I found lately, is something Andrew Huberman was refering to a while ago about the mid-cingulate cortex (in short, refering to our willpower to live) I've captured it briefly in an anylysis I made recently during the deathbed of our grandfather.

Of course life is very complex and nothing really guarantees a certain outcome. Still it's interesting to try and wrap our heads around in a way.
