I'm 36 and just experienced a rough month concerning this similar issue. Perhaps I'll need to write about it too.

To be specific my exact problem was the narrowing of the urethra.

I was fortunate to have been helped by a great team since I had to undergo urgent surgery.

Afterwards, I tried to extract some useful/preventive measures to take in the future... Although these doctors are really good at what they do, they didn't had much info to share toward future measures.

Great to be on Medium and find stories about people like you who also dare to share these kind of things!

I've consulted "Google" and "Chat GTP" as well, but on such kind of things these programs entirely miss the boat!

You really want to be careful because some info I've read on google didn't reasonate with what an experienced doctors had to share.

To be frank, what you share here is the only method that could possibly help me out in the future as well and I'll make it a new habit.
