I'm well aware of this. And admittingly, it's sort of a problem you can say. Yet something's I think of is, there are more people like myself, perhaps like you, who don't mind to read a post of 10+ minutes too.. (obviously this will be the minority).

In the past I've chopped some of my stuff up, but I can't say I noticed much difference. I'll consider it for my future publishing tho.

One more thing about the long game.
Last month I didn't publish anything on Medium. It's the first time in 3 years or so, still I don't see it as not being consistent (I think this is difficult to comprehend for most). The thing is I wrote a lot aside from Medium.

- Journalling
- Taking notes
- Emails (personal and for my work)

And I have many drafts both on Medium and on in Notion. I belief in taking my time for this magnificent craft, and try to let it flow more naturally. Just a thought..
