“The stress creator”. This genetical programmed instinct overrules the masterclock or SCN (Suprachiasmatic nucleus) within mammals, What makes it a more important factor than the light stimulus itself! Our masterclock synchronizes with other cellular clocks within our body.
“Now you are awake” neglect the fact that it is night. You are triggered by this system to survive:
Suddenly you need to kill or run! Making this THE most important factor of our physiological system at this present moment “the real master”.
