Unable to sleep because of the pain you experience? Or rather the other way around?

For some people sleep might seem so simple..

For others it can become a bit more complicated..

How well did you sleep last night?

Why do i ask you this?

Your entire sleep frame has many important aspects hidden. It isn’t only about falling asleep, or having a dream or so.. A lot more things are coming into play, more than you ought to think.

It might be no surprise when I tell you that you are more sensitive to experience pain when you are sleep deprived than when you have had enough sleep. Studies point out that you’ll likely to suffer from pain in the knees when you didn’t sleep well.

How is the correlation between sleep-pain noticeable?

Analyse your kids or elderly for instance, when your kids didn’t sleep well or to less. Then often they have a hard time avoiding small missteps. They are more likely to spill their drinks. They are more likely to drop something or rather they start to cry more rapidly as well. They are just extremely vulnerable to the aftermath of sleep deprivation.

When we become adults, often we are too busy with other things. Therefore you don’t actually pay…
