A hidden therapy of reading and writing

Writing can serve as a tool to provide many solutions, solutions for the readers in terms of mental support, technical assistance, general information, and creating a form of awareness.

It develops your thought process, or you could gain blogging experience from reading each other’s blogs. It also broadens your knowledge and improves vocabulary, Enhances your ability to focus, and could even lead to better productivity when applied properly.

But this is more helpful.

“Reading and Writing can act as a self-therapy.”

Writing thoughts down provides you with a hidden treasure. It is another way to compensate for your emotions and balance out your endocrine system. There are no boundaries to what you set on paper. Writing down your thoughts enables you to sustain other difficult-to-sustain behaviors, often required during your day.

Many people are poor readers because their attention is split. While reading and writing can serve you well to achieve a calm state of mind, it can also be experienced like a paradox.
