What if I told you that early morning workouts induce a resilient mentally?

Some say you are much stronger in the evening.

Actually, I don’t care. And if you aren’t an elite strongman, you shouldn’t either! Besides that, it’s not even guaranteed. When I work out early morning, I feel strong enough, especially if that routine has been consistent for a considerable duration already, but nobody actually talks about how long they have been in that same routine already, nor do they tell how well this routine is adjusted toward their competition time.

Early morning.

Your alarm goes off.

For god’s sake, I hope not! It would disrupt your sleep cycle, but that’s another story… You should be awake by now, preparing yourself to get going! That’s the mindset from the minute you wake up.

Grab a bottle of water, and hit the gym. I’ll explain to you a few things why…

What helps me is envisioning my morning workout the night before. This pre-sets my mind toward that condition.
