Everyone dreams

This is indisputable; dreams have always played an important part in human experiences. In ancient times the emphasis on dreams was given great attention, I would dare to say more than nowadays.

While we sleep, our brain is constantly working. It is processing your memories from the day just past. For every two hours, we spend awake, taking in new information, it appears that the brain needs to shut down all external inputs for an hour to make time to figure out what it all means. Your brain does the hardest part of it while we are sleeping. At the same time, it looks like your doing nothing when you are sleeping; the opposite is true. The calculations your brain performs during sleep are unbelievable.

As for dreaming, it is being experienced or thought of that our brain mixes some consciousness into it to help this amazing process.
