At first I didn’t really understand how this could be, but soon understanding this happens on a completely different level or way than how difficult it was perceived before.

How well balanced are you?

The importance of our endocrine system is something which triggered my awareness by thinking about how my threatment went back in the days, from reading and learning about physiology, but also from watching certain people like the famous “Ice Man” or “Wim Hoff”, there is no way around that this plays a central part in this subject.

Wim has proven to be a master controller of his own hormonal state, although wim isn’t the only one. We could think about monks of Shaolin masters or other people who meditate or do something similar, they are in full control over themselves.

“We are a bunch of hormones”

There is no denying the fact that the imbalance of our endocrine system reflects back toward your sleep performance. The matter of fact, sleeping can’t only be looked at as for mental recovery, but it requires to mix it up with how well your body’s physiology correlates. When sleep is on point, you will be on point for the rest of your day as well.
