The concept of sleep,

Simple, brainless, dark, irrelevant.

No?

If you are one of those people, who jokes around when the topic of sleep gets highlighted, chances are you didn’t encounter any sleep issues which is great. We should all be like this. But we aren’t!

Didn’t encounter any sleep issues, at least you think. When I started to learn about how sleep works, and what we can do to improve our sleep pattern. I’ve found that many people also still incapture minor sleep issues, even while they think they don’t have one.

Some easy examples of this are:

  • Snoring
  • Sleeping roughly 4 to 5 sleep cycles but they don’t complete the last one
  • Irregular sleeping patterns
  • Sleeping the presumed sufficient duration but didn’t manage to reach the required sleep depth

I can name a dozen more,

Most think they don’t have sleep problems because they aren’t aware of how their circadian rhythm works, what it does and how important the mechanism of sleep really is for your health.
