The endocrine regulation, Temperature minimum, wolves, bears, dolphins, lions and monkey’s. Melatonin, Luxes, blue ray’s, norepinephrine, cortisol, You should wake up between the optimal sunrise and noon otherwise you will not have a good day. Exercise like hell to get good sleep, stop eating, don’t drink coffee, and so on and so on…

“I am sure you can name a dozen more things, but does it work?”

Look, when we want to get better at something, no matter what it is, each one of us will need to have a plan to reach a certain goal. Having a plan to reach your goal is already half of the work done. This is why there are no one-size-fits all program based on exact science. Especially not if the program is set up by someone who is stuck with a fixed mindset.

When we want to search for a single overlapping point then we need to conclude that what we have in common is being goal orientated, success is different because of the actual plan.

When it comes down to learning, nutrition, exercise or sleep, the rules of the game remain the same. Have a goal that you want and plan towards it.
