Why would we use dream analysis?

Dream analysis is a therapeutic technique best known for its use in psychoanalysis. Sigmund Freud viewed dreams as “The Royal Road” to the unconscious and developed dream analysis, or dream interpretation, as a way of tapping into this unconscious material.

The How, What?

Okay, you have me here. To dream, we need to get into that so desired good sleep. Doing so helps when you maintain a tremendous, consistent sleep schedule, I don’t care how long but try to aim for at least four, preferably five, sleep cycles.
