Walking in nature, the psychological effect of the color green ( + other sensations), sunlight, outside temperature, grounding, or just exercising /increasing heart rate (and therefore blood flow), it all has a tremendous effect on our daily state.
That's a few of the reasons why I like to wake up very early.
