Working a 20 year worldwide career offshore, following a decent diet, learning about nutrition, physiology, and more...

That said,

Maintaining a successful life (in each their own unique point of view), maintaining a serious physique, and having seven kids is off the charts.

Trying to keep all of these aspects in check is not simple, he must have a strong wife, which often isn't advocated enough! Otherwise, imo you can't show up like this as a man.

Robert jr. Seems in great shape for his age, and it looks like he's creating a large contrast to what (with all respect) a Bidden and such didn't reflect.

Pharmacy has been taking a very strange turn the last decades, often not focussed on the essentials.

I hope Robert can redirect health, nutrition, and perhaps more remedy into a good heading.

In Europe I dare to say that we are spiraling down slightly, and we could use such positive influence too.

Unfortunately food and regulations have become a pawn of the monetary system to play with. Nutritional components are being structured in a way to play with prices, all at costs of our health.

I think the Western world (not only USA and Europe) need more great examples represented by people like Robert jr.

There is so much more to elaborate on but I'll leave it with this.
