What’s really more Important? What Or When To Eat ?

What versus when

In most societies around the world now the question of what is more likely to be raised when it comes down to food intake and health. But is this really the most important question?

We are more concerned about food intake than ever before. Is it truly about health or do most are concerned about that perfect body which social media has us gasped up with?

There is no way around the huge role social media plays in this shift of focus more than ever everyone is busy with the food we consume, where it comes from, what’s inside and is it healthy?

What the food actually contains has been an important factor for most and seems to be an easy to uncover indicator which describes “healthy food.” What’s inside can be tracked down, and we can easily decide for ourselves if it falls into our norms of being a good thing or being a bad thing. But what about the when to consume our food?
