Long time no see…

Perhaps I was sleeping too much or too well.

How about you?

Sleeping well?

How well you sleep, how well I sleep, How much we need to sleep…7 hours…Yeah…

First of all, when you were reading some of my earlier sleep posts, you’ll get the notion that I don’t like an exact hour count when we talk about sleep. Many studies have us pulled into their world of theory. Not saying that it’s a good or a bad thing; be aware!

Our sleep architecture has shown that we sleep cyclic and that you will benefit most optimal if you can complete an entire ninety-minute cycle. Therefore I like to maintain a ninety-minute sleep cycle ideology throughout my posts.

That being said, there are some things I want to tell you.
