Why One Person Is A Better Boss Than The Other One?
How great are you at setting an example?
Do you find yourself in the front-line often?
I mean does it happen to you or is it a conscious choice of your own to be put in that position?
You are basically another class, someone stronger, stronger in different categories or aspects. Your mindset is more determined than the mindset of most, you have a certain drive, you are more courageous, extremely confident. You don’t need anyone per se, you can make choices for yourself. Most people wait for approval, for sure you aren’t this person!
A great boss takes care of the whole group, if that’s you, you are likely to take care of others problems. A great boss ensures that everyone is well looked after and shows the group the direction, this could be done as from the front position in which you are. Although you could do it on a different way, some are doing it like a kind of a Shepard bundling the group together and let them go on their own, until a certain point. When the group is deviating to far out of course, those bosses will divert them back.
